Delivery
Please allow 14 days for delivery. We try to fulfil every order within this time. We will endeavour to contact you if we feel any order is likely to take longer than this.
Postage quoted is for inland UK only. We will contact you with a quote for International orders. The delivery time may take longer than 14 days. Please enquire for approximate delivery times.
Returns and Refunds
Biketrade must be informed immediately upon receipt of goods if they arrive damaged. Unused merchandise, in its original condition and packaging may be returned within 21 days of receipt. A levy of 30% will be charged for goods not returned in their original packaging.
Goods that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, in which case they will be covered by a manufacturers warranty. All refunds must be supported by the original sales documents.
Proof of posting is not proof of receipt - please use a suitably insured courier - the goods belong to you until they are received by us.

All product information is correct at the time of going to publication. Biketrade reserve the right to update the on-line catalogue at any time without prior notice to users. Colours, styles and fabrics shown are intended to give guidance only, as on-line images and colours cannot be wholly accurate.

Under no circumstances may any images, names, logos, graphics, text or the like, be reproduced, copied, modified, up/downloaded or distributed in anyway, without the express written permission of Biketrade and the copyright owners.
Web site content may at times display items that are being replaced with new stock and may still show the old product style. We try to keep this to a minimum as much as possible.
