The ordering process - it couldn't be easier.
Choose what you want.
Once you have chosen your purchase and filled in your details we receive notification via email that you're order has been made.
After clicking the buy button you are transferred to a secure server to protect any personal details that you enter. Credit card details are not sent to us, only your order details. Credit card details remain on the secure server and are deleted shortly after your order has been processed.
You should recieve confirmation that we have been notified of your order a few minutes after placing it via an email. Please check the details carefully. Pay particular attention to the colour, size and your email address. If these are incorrect simply email us with the corrections as soon as possible.
If your product is in stock, your credit card will then be debited and the order sent out to you. You will receive an email notification that this has taken place. Hence the importance of filling in you're email address correctly.
The name shown on your credit card statement will be highlighted as a withdrawal from D.D.M.S. This is the name of our credit card account.
Order acceptance and completion
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us
will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we
have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled
it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
* The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
* The identification of a pricing or product description error
* You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the
main Terms and Conditions
Delivery
Please allow 21 days for delivery. We try to fulfil every order well within this time. However, delays sometimes do occur.
